2. Matters requiring special attention when applying for this service

When a customer applies for the Service and the Company accepts the application, the Company and the customer shall be deemed to have entered into a service agreement for the Service (the customer who has entered into the agreement is hereinafter referred to as "Subscriber"). (The customer who has concluded the contract is hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber").

3. Contents of this service

・Type: MVNO service (data communication service using NTT DOCOMO's LTE and 3G lines)
①Data communication speed
・According to the LTE and 3G lines provided by NTT DOCOMO. For details, please refer to NTT DOCOMO's website "PREMIUM 4G".
The communication speed is the maximum value based on technical standards for transmission and reception, and does not indicate the actual communication speed. Actual communication speeds may vary depending on the communication environment and network congestion.
・The maximum communication speed is not guaranteed as an effective speed, as it may decrease depending on the terminal used and the area, etc.
・The service will become unavailable when the standard data transmission capacity or the standard period is reached. This service is based on the best-effort method, and none of the above communication speeds are guaranteed.
② Limitation on communication speed
・For subscribers who use the service particularly frequently during low-speed data communication (meaning when the communication volume within a certain period of time exceeds a certain standard), communication speed and volume may be limited in order to ensure smooth use of this service by all customers.
The service is available in the same areas as NTT DOCOMO's LTE and 3G lines are available. For details, please refer to the "Service Area Map" on the website of NTT DOCOMO, Inc. Even within the service area, the service may not be available due to the distance from the base station or buildings or structures that obstruct signal reception.
4. eSIM
・Voice call service is not available.
・If the subscriber has already concluded a communication contract regarding eSIM with a telecommunications company other than our company, and uses our eSIM using the EID registered in that contract, dual You must use an eSIM-compatible device. Multiple eSIMs cannot be used on devices other than dual eSIM compatible devices. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to check the functions of the terminal used by the subscriber, and even if the eSIM issued by the Company cannot be used due to the functions or circumstances of the terminal, the Company will not take any responsibility whatsoever. We will not be responsible for any refunds, etc., except in the case of contract cancellation due to initial contract cancellation.
・eSIM users are limited to the subscriber and the subscriber's relatives or people who share the same livelihood.
・If someone other than the subscriber uses the SIM, user information must be entered. Prior to inputting user information, the contractor shall explain to the user that personal information will be provided to the Company and that the Company will manage and use such personal information in accordance with the privacy policy established by the Company. , you must obtain consent.
・If the subscriber is a minor, the eSIM cannot be used by anyone other than the subscriber.
・Even if an eSIM is used by someone other than the subscriber, the subscriber will be responsible for all responsibilities associated with the use of the eSIM.
5. Usage Fees, etc.

Universal Service Fee ¥2.2/month per eSIM (included in the above fee)

6. Payment Methods, etc.
・Subscribers pay service fees, etc. by credit card.
・Debit cards and prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
・The service fee is non-refundable. Universal Service Fee and Telephone Relay Service Fee will be settled at the time of eSIM application.
・Charges other than the above (such as additional data communication capacity) will be settled on a case-by-case basis.
・In the event of a delay in payment, the payment method cannot be changed. Also, the payment method cannot be changed during the period of our internal settlement processing.
